The connection between “Empowering a Soldier” Project and Chabad Hasidic Committee

The Chabad Hasidic Committee was established in 2019 as a joint initiative with a group of socially active members who came from a broad spectrum of the population and from different parts of the country. They were active even prior to starting the project and wished to operate under an organized association in order to increase the exposure and have joined the project.

As regulated committee it is possible to monitor all expenses and incomes of each project in a transparent manner and to follow where donations are directed into.

The committee has engaged with this project following the increasing demand for support by soldiers. As you may know Chabad stands for love and support of Jewish people everywhere and wish to act for the benefit of everyone, especially when it comes to IDF soldiers – our children.

To empower them in any way we can especially during the war, we are here for them.

The aim of the project with the full cooperation with volunteers around the country is to provide physical and mental support to every soldier with food vouchers, hygiene products, winter packs, clothing and more with the collaboration of their commanders and their army bases.

On its banner this project engraved being a strong back for hem, as much as it takes; from equipment and social activity together, to spiritual support. In this war we have committed ourselves for the benefit of the reserve soldiers who have left everything behind and are being crushed financially. By donating food vouchers we are merely here to hold and help all these men who give their whole to save us.
